Ms. B. Jeevitha

Ms. Jeevitha B. holds an MBA from BIM Trichy, a Professional Certificate in Business Analytics (IPBA) from IIM Indore, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Experiential Education from ITARI, Bangalore. With over a decade of diverse experience across corporate, academic, and entrepreneurial sectors, she brings expertise in business strategy, experiential learning, and talent development. Her corporate background includes impactful roles at Tata Communications, Amazon, and Philips, where she contributed to revenue assurance, process transformation, and business excellence.

As the Founder of Minded Learner, a learning studio focused on experiential and competency-based learning, she has designed and facilitated training programs for institutions such as schools, colleges and corporates, in areas such as leadership, entrepreneurship, business intelligence, and design thinking. As a management consultant with ZakPro and Time2Plant, she contributes to strategic growth, talent development, market positioning, and capability building.

Jeevitha has served as an IB Business Management and Theory of Knowledge (TOK) educator at Indus International School, Bengaluru, and as Adjunct Faculty at KCLAS, delivering courses in OB and HRM. She is actively engaged in classroom-based action research, case study development, and practitioner-led publications. Her academic interests include entrepreneurial emotional intelligence (EEL), Learner engagement, and curriculum innovation.

At KCT Business School, she blends industry insights with academic frameworks to equip students with the skills and mindset needed for today’s dynamic business environment. She contributes to Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and student workshops, delivering impactful sessions on strategic thinking, design thinking, and leadership communication.
