ANGADI 2025 on March 6- 8, 2025
Angadi 2025, the much-anticipated student trade fair, was a phenomenal success, showcasing the entrepreneurial spirit of young minds. Organized by the II MBA students (Batch 2023-25) as part of Yugam 2025 on March 6- 8 2025, the event witnessed an overwhelming footfall of 10,000+ visitors. This year, we had 70+ stalls in Angadi, creating a vibrant marketplace filled with creativity and innovation. Among them, 40+ stalls were exclusively set up by I MBA students (Batch 2024-26), demonstrating their business acumen and fresh ideas.
Angadi 2025 served as a platform for student entrepreneurs, startups, and the differently abled community, emphasizing inclusivity and fostering business opportunities. The marketplace was a hub of cultural diversity, with 30 food stalls that offered a delightful mix of regional Indian cuisines from Tamil Nadu, Andhra, Gujarat, Punjab, and Maharashtra, alongside international flavours such as Korean, Chinese, and Italian delicacies. Additionally, 30+ non-food stalls captivated visitors with a variety of products, including gaming, clothing, accessories, and artisanal crafts. The stalls of I MBA students at Angadi 2025 were evaluated by a panel – Mr. Navaneeth, Assistant Manager – Marketing, Lulu Hypermarket, Coimbatore; Mr. Vivek Kailash and Mrs. Bhavana Vivek, esteemed alumni; and Mr. Justin, Brand Consultant, BAM Consulting, Coimbatore based on key criteria including Salesmanship, Sustainability, Sales Promotion and Visual. The valuable insights and feedback from the panelists will play a crucial role in shaping students’ learning. Assessment scores provided by the experts also contributed to recognizing the best-performing stalls.
Angadi 2025 featured a diverse range of products, including food stalls, textiles, jewelry, cosmetics, automobiles, art, and gaming stalls, creating a dynamic marketplace. The event provided students with hands-on entrepreneurial experience while offering sellers a platform to showcase their products.
