Dr. Deepa Manickam presented a paper on “AI in Employee Engagement: Analyzing the Impact of Chatbots and Virtual Assistants.” at the International Conference on Human Resource Management (ICHRM) 2025 – Reimagining Human Resources and the Workplace in the Age of Artificial Intelligence- organized by the Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), Chennai in collaboration with Le Moyne College, Madden School of Business and Economics (USA), and Santa Clara University, Santa Clara (USA) on March 8, 2025.

Dr.Deepa Manickam presented a paper, “ Empowering Human Centric Innovation for Sustainable Transformation: Bridging Progress with Purposes” in International Conference on Industry 5.0: Advancing Human Centric Innovation and Sustainable Transformation, organized by the department of MBA, Sankara College of Science and Commerce on March 26, 2025.
