Strategic Career Navigation through Project Leadership

The I MBA Project Management (Batch 2025–27) students organized a guest lecture on “Strategic Career Navigation through Project Leadership” on October 29, 2025. Dr. B. Shyam Sundar, Director – Strategies at Governance, Risk & Compliance Service Global Inc. and Vice President of PMI Chennai Chapter, addressed the students with practical insights on how project leadership shapes long-term career growth. He highlighted the importance of strategic planning, stakeholder management, emotional intelligence, and decision-making in today’s competitive environment. The session included real-world examples and interactive discussions, helping students understand how project leadership acts as a career accelerator.
