Assessment Marathon 2025 on November 19, 2025

The Aptitude Gamified – Assessment Marathon 2025 was held on November 19,2025 for both Batches of MBA students (Batch 2024-26 & 2025-27) of KCT Business School, transforming aptitude assessment into an immersive, high-energy learning experience. With over 450 students participating, the event featured four gamified rounds—Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, and Communication Skills—each designed with multiple attempts, timed levels, and progressive scoring that encouraged precision, speed, and strategic effort.

The event was seamlessly executed across multiple venues through the dedicated support of the Invigilation Squad (formed by currently placed students of 24MBA) guides by Special Duty Officers Aravind P (for 1st year) and Nalinraj R (for 2nd year), and real-time technical assistance from Mr Tamilselvan (IAMNEO). The coordination was effectively led by the 24MBA L&D team led by Reshmi R, and 25MBA L&D team led by Arul Arasan G, ensuring smooth flow, disciplined operations, and timely interventions.

Participation remained highly consistent among 1st years (220+ across rounds), while 2nd years displayed commendable performance in analytical components.
