KCT Business School hosted The Final Door, an immersive corporate turnaround simulation that engaged MBA students in strategic problem-solving and cross-functional decision-making. 14 teams comprising 70 students took on the role of corporate task forces, tasked with diagnosing and stabilizing a failing organization.
The simulation challenged participants to analyze real-time scenarios across Analytics, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, and Marketing, requiring collaboration, data interpretation, and sequencing of strategic interventions to revive the company. The event was coordinated by 15 student organizers who managed domain stations, gameplay, time controls, and the final boardroom round, ensuring smooth execution and a high-energy learning environment.
By blending simulation-based learning with teamwork and strategic thinking, The Final Door provided a dynamic platform for students to apply classroom concepts to complex business crises, strengthening analytical, leadership, and collaborative skills.
