National Financial Literacy Quiz (NFLQ 2026)

KCT Business School, hosted the National Financial Literacy Quiz (NFLQ 2026) – College Round (PG Level), an initiative by the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) in collaboration with SEBI. The nationwide competition, recognized as a premier platform for financial education, aims to enhance students’ understanding of financial markets and promote informed financial decision-making.

A total of 90 first-year MBA students (Batch 2025-27) specializing in Finance participated in the College Round. The College Round tested knowledge in financial markets, investment concepts, regulatory frameworks, and financial literacy, evaluating both conceptual clarity and application-based understanding. All participants successfully completed the round and were awarded participation certificates issued by NISM-SEBI, recognizing their effort and engagement in this prestigious initiative.

Students now await the announcement of shortlisted candidates who will progress to the Regional Round, representing KCT Business School at the next level of competition. With an overall prize pool of ₹32 lakhs, NFLQ 2026 offers students national exposure, peer competition, and an opportunity to showcase their financial acumen. The event was coordinated by Mr. Pirasad Thirumaran and Mr. Freddy Chris, Assistant Professors.
