
National Immersion Program (NIP) – New Delhi & Manali
from April 29, 2026 to May 6, 2026
As part of the National Immersion Program (NIP), KCT Business School organized an educational and experiential learning visit to New Delhi and Manali from 29 April to 6 May 2026. The delegation comprised of 27 MBA students of II MBA (Batch 2024-26), 13 participants from PK Fokam Institute of Excellence, Cameron, Africa, and was accompanied by Dr. K. Vignesh-Lead Placement Officer
The immersion program was designed to provide students with exposure beyond the traditional classroom environment by combining academic learning, cultural exploration, and experiential activities. Throughout the journey, participants gained valuable insights into diverse socio-cultural settings while developing a broader perspective on leadership, teamwork, and adaptability.
A key highlight of the program was the trekking expedition in Manali, organized by the National Adventure Leadership School (NALS).
The National Immersion Program successfully blended learning, adventure, and personal growth, offering students a transformative experience that enhanced their confidence, interpersonal skills, and appreciation for diverse environments. The program served as a memorable journey of exploration and self-discovery, leaving participants with valuable lessons and lifelong memories.
