The objective of the second COIL meet was to foster a Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) experience between Wiesbaden Business School, Germany and KCT Business School, India. As the first step Dr. Shalini Prieya A.D. from KCT Business School will deliver an online lecture session on E waste Management for Wiesbaden Business School Students and Prof. Hubertus Weyer, will deliver a lecture session on Importance of COIL projects to KCT Business School Students.  We decided to have a joint coteaching on November 12, 2024, (3.15 pm IST /11:45 am CET). We also planned to integrate more partners for summer semester 2025, into our collaboration and we aim for a meeting with Dr. Mark Jacob from Freiberg University. The overall objective of COIL is to gain knowledge and acquire new skills through cross cultural learning across borders.

The first International Co-Teaching session for the “International Business Management (IBM)” course featured an insightful lecture titled “Preparing for Global Operations – cultural dimension” delivered by Hubertus Weyer, a Professor from Wiesbaden Business School, Wiesbaden, Hessen, Deutschland on January 31, 2025. The session was moderated by Dr. Shalini Prieya A D, Assistant Professor, KCT-BS where students from KCT Business School, , had the privilege of learning from Hubertus Weyer from Wiesbaden Business School, Germany.
