Global Immersion Program

Technical University of Munich & Nanyang Technological University

The Global Immersion Program, held in Singapore from October 11 to 18, 2025, brought together 16 KCT Business School students for a week of academic and industry engagement. Organized by the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in collaboration with Nanyang Technological University (NTU), the program focused on organizational transformation, change management, sustainability, and digital innovation. Participants attended lectures on strategic planning, talent management, ESG frameworks, and AI applications, and visited key sites including the Sustainable Singapore Gallery, Hyundai Manufacturing Unit, and Singapore Expo. The experience offered valuable global insights into modern business challenges and practical approaches to innovation.
