
Global Study Visit Proposal
An engaging orientation session was held for II MBA students of KCT. BS in preparation for the upcoming Global Immersion Program (GIP) at TUM Asia, Singapore. The session provided a clear roadmap of the program’s objectives, anticipated learning outcomes, and the international exposure students will gain during the 9-day visit scheduled from October 10 to 18, 2025.
Participants delved into key focus areas including leadership, emerging technologies, ESG, and Industry 4.0, while gaining valuable insights into Singapore’s innovation landscape and sustainability initiatives. The session served to align expectations, spark curiosity, and equip the 30 selected students for a meaningful and transformative global experience.
COILs and Co-teaching: Internationalizing Future Skills
To promote mutual exchange on Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) project and co-teaching with WBS, Hochschule Rhein Main University, Germany among excellent faculty members from different countries Dr. Shalini Prieya AD, Assistant Professor, KCTBS received a grant for delivering several guest lectures on different important economic and business topics at 3rd International Seminars Week at Wiesbaden Business School, Germany June 23 to 27, 2025.
It was a great opportunity to participate in the two workshops at the 3rd International Seminars Week on COILs and Co-Teaching. In both events, there were presentations and in- depth discussions about the future of higher education, the future of work, collaborative teaching and learning, new approaches in language and subject-specific learning and the added value of international collaboration. Current students from KCTBS, India and WBS Germany participated in COILs or Co-Teaching classes and shared their COIL experiences.
