Group Dynamics and Team Building

On December 17, 2025, the Department of Agri Business Management, KCT Business School organized a guest lecture on Group Dynamics and Team Building at the Training Centre. The session was led by Dr. Allen Thomas, Professor & Head, Kerala Agricultural University. Dr. Thomas explained the concept of team building through interactive activities that encouraged participation, collaboration, and mutual trust among students. He highlighted the importance of communication—verbal, non-verbal, active listening, and clarity of ideas—as the backbone of successful teamwork.

He also inspired students to cultivate leadership qualities, adaptability, and a positive attitude while working in teams. The lecture concluded with an engaging discussion, where students clarified doubts and shared experiences.
