Insight on Indian Factories Act and Labour Laws

A guest lecture on “Insight on Indian Factories Act and Labour Laws for MBA Students” was organized for 220 I MBA students (Batch 2025-27 – MBA & MBA-ABM) on November 27, 2025.The guest lecture provided a comprehensive understanding of industrial legal frameworks and workplace compliance. The session highlighted key provisions of the Factories Act, employee welfare measures, safety standards, and employer responsibilities. Real-world examples offered clarity on legal implications in HR and industry settings. The talk enabled students to connect theory with practice, preparing them to handle future workforce challenges professionally and ethically.
