These sessions highlighted the relevance of these concepts in marketing postal offerings, including insurance, mail, banking, and money remittance services. She explained the role of various social media platforms, discussed how to build effective social media profiles, and guided participants on the types of content that can be posted to add value to followers for Group B officers of the Tamil Nadu Postal Circle at Karunya
