KCT Business School hosted RECHARGE 2025 on August 12, 2025, a special event designed to connect the parents and students of the MBA Batch 2024–2026 with the KCTBS faculty team. The program aimed to align academic progress with family aspirations, creating a shared vision for student growth and success.

 The sessions included thought-provoking addresses on Career Progression by Dr. K. Vignesh – Placement Officer- KCT. BS, an engaging presentation on Life at KCT by Dr. Vallikala S  Senior Student Counselor, Office of Student Affairs-KCT and the OSA Team, and an introduction to Global & National Immersion Programs by Dr. Shalini Prieya A.D ,Assistant Professor The highlight of the morning was the mentoring with parents , where faculty interacted directly with parents, addressing queries and sharing valuable insights.  Post-lunch, the focus shifted entirely to students. Sessions covered a diverse range of topics including the Social Immersion Project by Dr. Poongodi B,  Professor Research Projects, Capstone Simulations, and Case Studies by Dr. Thamaraiselvi P, Associate Professor and the Importance of Outcome-Based Education was presented jointly by Dr. Poongodi B and Dr. MohanamaniP. Mr. Freddy Chris M, Assistant Professor, Faculty KCT.BS  guided students through the Academic Calendar and Internship Exam, while Dr. Latha A, Associate Professorspoke about General Interest Courses.
