Mr. Chandan Kumar
Teaching Assistant
My name is Chandan, and I’m from Patna, Bihar, where I was born and brought up. I recently completed my master’s in HR and Finance from NIT Trichy in 2025. Before that, I worked as a teacher at a coaching institute, which helped me develop strong communication skills and a sense of connection with students. Teaching shaped my perspective and deepened my interest in education. I enjoy learning and taking on new challenges, and I’m excited to start this new chapter as a Teaching Assistant. It’s a role that aligns with both my academic background and passion for helping others grow.
As part of my final semester, I chose a research-based course, Independent Studies, under the guidance of my faculty mentor. For this course, I conducted research on intrapreneurship, which refers to entrepreneurial initiatives within an organization. To develop my understanding, I reviewed numerous journals, analyzed key insights and identified research gaps. Although fieldwork was not permitted as part of the curriculum, my faculty mentor provided valuable guidance on practical research methodologies. This research paper has enhanced my ability to critically read academic journals, extract insights, and assess their credibility and validity using resources such as the ABDC journal list. I enjoy playing and watching sports especially cricket, hitting the gym, listening to music, and watching movies.
