Problem Based Learning
on March 6, 2025
As part of the Business Research Methods course, 13 students from the I MBA (2024–26 batch) actively took initiatives to learn via Problem-Based Learning. They participated in an event organized by Dr. Thanammal Ravichandran, Professor and Program Manager at Kumaraguru College of Liberal Arts and Science, under the initiative Climate-Resilient Dairy Farming in Tamil Nadu, focusing on the topic “Unlocking Smallholder Potential Through Entrepreneurship” on March 6, 2025. The event brought together approximately 60 dairy entrepreneurs, with 13 of them presenting the challenges they face in the dairy business. While financial aid emerged as a common concern, many entrepreneurs also highlighted various operational and strategic challenges. From these discussions, the I MBA students identified three key problem areas for further exploration. Dr. Mohanamani P., Associate Professor, attended the event along with students, in identifying critical areas for Problem-Based Learning.
