SIP- Play for Progress & Marathon  2025

This year, alongside the marathon, a corporate sporting event was introduced as a key fundraiser. SIP – Play for Progress proved to be a significant initiative in promoting sportsmanship while contributing to a meaningful cause.

 Continuing the legacy of last year, the KCT-BS Marathon 2025 – ‘Run for Native Tribes’ was successfully organized as a key initiative under the Social Immersion Project (SIP) on February 15, 2025, at Kumaraguru Campus. Kumaraguru Business School hoisted the Play for Progress, a fundraising sports event on February 15, 16, 22, and 23, 2025. This initiative blended sportsmanship with social responsibility, raising funds to support the Social Immersion Project (SIP) aimed at transforming Kallarpudur village. The event served as a platform to promote fitness, teamwork, and social responsibility while raising awareness about the challenges faced by the tribal community. Play for Progress was made possible with the generous support of event sponsors Thangamayil and Janatics, along with project sponsors 5K CAR CARE, Bliss Natural, NGO BHUMI, CAI Mahindra, KCIRI, Kumaran Medical Center, and EZON.
