
Student Association (SA) Selection Process 2025

KCT Business School conducted the Junior Student Association (SA) Selection Process 2025 to identify emerging student leaders. Over 150+ students participated in a multi-stage evaluation that included SOP, Debate, Personal Interview, and Action Plan rounds. Final selections were made across forums such as ABM, Alumni, Career, Events, Sports, Research, and more. The initiative fostered leadership, collaboration, and innovation among students, contributing to the holistic growth of the KCTBS community
Forums & Clubs

Pocket Kings Carrom Event on October 11, 2025, featured spirited competition in both singles and doubles categories. Participants demonstrated precision, strategy, and sportsmanship, with thrilling matches that kept the audience engaged throughout. Winners were celebrated for their focus and finesse, making the event a lively showcase of friendly rivalry and camaraderie within the KCTBS community.

Executive Suite Showdown on October 14, 2025, featured 20 teams of aspiring executives. Participants assumed top management roles such as CEO, CFO, and COO, and tackled real-time business challenges across Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations. The event simulated high-pressure corporate decision-making, testing strategic thinking and leadership skills. It offered students valuable insights into the complexities of executive roles and the dynamics of cross-functional collaboration.
Cold Chain Crisis event on October 22, 2025, was organized featuring 19 teams, the event challenged participants through three dynamic rounds: Cold Chain Quiz, Just In Time, and Crisis at Zero Degree. The competition tested students’ technical knowledge, strategic planning, and crisis management skills in logistics. The event concluded with the Freeze of Fame segment, where winners were awarded medals. It offered participants valuable, real-time insights into the complexities of cold chain operations.


“Brandology – The ₹1000 Challenge” was organized on October 23, 2025. The event, led by the Marketing Forum, encouraged students to build a brand using a virtual budget of ₹1000, applying the 4Ps of Marketing – Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. Participants showcased strategic thinking and creativity, gaining practical exposure to core marketing concepts through hands-on application.
