
Value Added Program- Industry sponsored Certificate Program

The Marketing domain of KCT Business School organized an industry-sponsored certification program to facilitate the Marketing elective course on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for 47 students of Batch 2024-26. This program was conducted under the MoU signed with Zoho. As a part of certification program, a team of trainers from Zoho—Mr. P. Suresh and Ms. Solaiamizhdu—facilitated the sessions in two phases: the first from April 2 to 4, 2025, and the second from April 28 to 30, 2025.
During the first phase, the facilitators laid the foundation by covering modules such as Sales Force Automation and Inventory Management. The second phase focused on advanced modules, including Customization, Marketing Channels, Reports, Marketing Automation, Segmentation, and functionalities such as Calendar Booking. The sessions were delivered in an engaging and lively manner, with the trainers incorporating use cases, real-world examples, and hands-on activities to enhance learning.
To evaluate the participants’ learning outcomes, a formal assessment was conducted by the Zoho team on April 30th, 2025. To support this process and ensure a comprehensive evaluation, three senior representatives from Zoho Mr. Sampath (Manager), Mr. Ganesh (Senior Manager), and Ms. Gayathri (Trainer) were present and actively participated in administering the assessment.
