The Recharge Program 2025 was successfully organized on August 18, 2025, at KCT Institutions for the MBA Logistics and Supply Chain Management Batch 2026.

The program commenced with the opening remarks by Dr. Thamarai Selvi P, Associate Professor, who welcomed the gathering and set the tone for the day.

The first session was delivered by Mr. Vallinayagam, Member – Academic Advisory Group-CII, on the topic Driving the Curriculum and Pedagogy, Carving Industry-Ready Professionals, and Setting Global Benchmarks. His presentation focused on how the curriculum is being aligned with industry standards and why students need to continuously adapt to changing global benchmarks. He emphasized the role of academic rigour, critical thinking, and innovation in shaping professionals who can lead at the global stage.

Mr. Prince Lazarus, Placement Head – CII Institute of Logistics, led the session on Overview of Career Prospects and Career Mapping. He shared a comprehensive view of emerging career opportunities in Logistics And Supply Chain Management. His session covered employability skills, industry expectations, and career pathways across various domains, including retail, e-commerce, global logistics, and technology-driven operations.

Dr. Sooriya Sudhakar, Director – Sierra Digital Inc., led the session on Navigating Supply Chain Career Mapping with AI Revolution as Your Contemporary Guide. His session stood out for its futuristic approach, as he explained how artificial intelligence is transforming supply chain practices globally. From predictive analytics to AI-driven career tools, he showcased how students can leverage emerging technologies to identify opportunities, upskill effectively, and remain future-ready.
