
Learning & Development (L&D)
The Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives at KCT Business School for October 2025 focused on orientation, collaboration and leadership building among the I MBA students (Batch 2025-27). The month aimed to familiarize students with the L&D vision, Growth Lab initiatives and the opportunities available for holistic development. Through an engaging introduction session and the selection process for the new L&D team, the month served as a bridge between awareness and active student participation, reinforcing L&D’s commitment to fostering peer learning and leadership excellence.

- L&D Introduction and Networking Session on October 24, 2025
The L&D team organized an interactive session for the I MBA students (Batch 2025-27) to introduce the Learning & Development vertical and the Growth Lab initiatives. The presentation highlighted the core objectives of L&D, its flagship events and the various student-led learning platforms that encourage skill development and collaboration across batches.

- L&D Selection Process on October 28, 2025
The L&D selection process for the I MBA students (Batch 2025-27) was conducted on October 28, 2025. A total of 16 students participated with enthusiasm, confidence and a willingness to contribute to the team’s learning initiatives. The interview panel assessed the participants on parameters such as leadership potential, communication, creativity and teamwork. After a thorough evaluation, 9 students were selected to join the Learning & Development team, marking the beginning of a collaborative journey where they will contribute to upcoming programs, events and peer-learning initiatives at KCT Business School.
