“OPS RACE, held on November 4, 2025, was an engaging operations-focused competition organized by the Operations Forum under the KCT Business League. Led by Kavin Raj V P, the event challenged participants to apply analytical thinking, process efficiency, and decision-making skills to real-world operational scenarios. Through time-bound rounds and simulation-based tasks, students demonstrated teamwork, logical problem-solving, and agility—key attributes of effective operations management. The event saw enthusiastic participation from 16 teams and successfully bridged theoretical understanding with practical operations insights, setting a strong benchmark for future forum activities.

Battle of Market Forces, held on November 17, 2025, brought together six dynamic teams in a high-energy strategic showdown. Participants stepped into real-world competitive roles, with one team defending a company and five others representing key market forces—Suppliers, Buyers, Competitors, Substitutes, and New Entrants. Through rapid strategy pitches and an intense crossfire debate, students showcased their understanding of Porter’s Five Forces, strategic thinking, and argumentation skills. The event provided valuable insights into market dynamics and strengthened participants’ ability to think critically under pressure.

Project Phoenix, held on November 21, 2025, was a high-intensity crisis simulation event organized by the Operations Forum under the KCT Business League. Led by Kavin Raj V P, the event immersed participants in real-world operational breakdown scenarios, challenging them to act as crisis management teams tasked with stabilizing a disrupted plant. Through twist cards, multi-stage planning rounds, and time-pressured decision-making, students demonstrated resilience, agility, and strategic operational thinking. The event offered a powerful experiential learning platform where participants applied crisis management concepts, resource allocation strategies, and workflow redesign techniques to overcome simulated disruptions. Project Phoenix stood out as a dynamic blend of strategy, teamwork, and real-time problem-solving, strengthening students’ operational and leadership capabilities.

Risk Raider, conducted on October 31, 2025, marked the Finance Forum’s first official finance event. Designed as a finance and strategy simulation, the event challenged students to analyze and manage complex corporate risk scenarios. A total of 15 teams registered, with 10 teams actively competing. Participants were given 60 minutes to prepare and later presented their risk mitigation strategies in a concise 3–5-minute pitch. The event strengthened analytical thinking, teamwork, and decision-making under pressure while offering practical exposure to real-world financial risk management.

Culture Craft, held on October 29, 2025 was the first HR Forum event under the KCT Business League. Organized by the HR Forum of KCT Business School and led by Sathyasree T R, the event encouraged students to creatively explore workplace culture, diversity, and employee engagement. Participants were enthusiastic, presenting innovative ideas and practical HR solutions focused on organizational well-being. The event strengthened teamwork, creativity, communication, and real-world HR understanding, setting a strong benchmark for future HR Forum initiatives.

Insight Wars, conducted on October 27, 2025, provided MBA students with a platform to analyse real-world datasets and make strategic business decisions. Organized by the Analytics Forum, the event focused on enhancing analytical thinking, teamwork, and data-driven problem-solving. Participants interpreted complex data, extracted meaningful insights, and presented actionable solutions based on sound reasoning and justification.

Think & Sink 2025 – Battle of Perspective, held on October 27, 2025, was organized by the Department of Logistics and Supply Chain Management in collaboration with IEV. The event aimed to enhance students’ analytical, creative, and communication skills through interactive and competitive activities. The competition featured two segments—Battle of Perspective, a debate round where participants explored contrasting viewpoints on business and logistics topics, and Brand Charade, a fun brand-guessing activity that highlighted creativity, teamwork, and quick thinking. Students strengthened their reasoning, presentation skills, creative problem-solving, and collaborative abilities.
