Industry Interaction to Strengthen Industry–Academia Collaboration

Dr. R. Sundara Boopathi, Head, MBA Logistics & Supply Chain Management, KCT Business School, visited leading organizations as part of the department’s industry engagement initiatives.

On July 8, 2026, he visited Perfect Engineers / Dharani Pumps & Motors, where discussions with Mr. D. Soundararajan, President & CEO, and Mr. A. Santhosh Raja, Manager – NPD & Design, focused on opportunities for guest lectures, internships, industrial visits, live projects, and case studies. On July 20 ,2026, he visited Greenwich Meridian Logistics India Pvt. Ltd., interacting with Mr. K. R. Parthasarathy, Regional Manager, and Mr. K. Jayaprakash, Branch Manager. The meeting explored collaborations in guest lectures, internship programmes, industrial visits, logistics projects, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Both organizations expressed their willingness to collaborate with KCT Business School, reinforcing the department’s commitment to bridging academia and industry while providing students with enhanced practical exposure, industry insights, and career opportunities.
