Beyond the Payslip: Pay Transparency in the War for Talent, by Ms. Prashrabdhi Kumar, Senior Consultant on 17 April, 2026

Seventeen students – (3 Students from Batch 2022-2024 & 14 Students from Batch 2025-2027) participated in the industry interaction session titled “Beyond the Payslip: Pay Transparency in the War for Talent,” jointly organized by National HRD Network Coimbatore Chapter and Aon. The session was delivered by Ms. Prashrabdhi Kumar, Senior Consultant – Rewards Solutions, at Ginger Hotel on 17 April 2026.

The program provided valuable exposure to contemporary compensation practices and evolving workforce expectations. Students gained insights into how organizations are rethinking pay structures to remain competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
