The India Student Startup Summit 2025 was held on October 8, 2025, at the Kumaraguru Campus, Coimbatore. The event featured two monologues, two panel discussions, and three workshops throughout the day. Key sessions included inspirational talks by startup founders such as Arun Titan (Silai) and C K Kumaravel (Naturals Salon), as well as a panel discussion on “Connecting Cultures, Creating Futures: Startup Stories & Opportunities from Japan.” The summit provided students with opportunities for learning, networking, and discovering startup journeys and funding opportunities, making it a dynamic, all-day experience for aspiring entrepreneurs

3 KCTBS students participated in a Hackathon in SAMYUKTHI 2025, organized by PSGR Krishnammal College for Women on October 10, 2025.  KCTBS students demonstrated impressive innovation and strategic thinking at the SAMYUKTHI 2025 hackathon. The event provided an intensive, hands-on opportunity for participants to apply their management and technical skills to a real-world problem statement focused on employee retention.

The student team, comprising Denish J, Elpsha A, and Supriya G, II MBA (Batch 2024-26) successfully developed and presented the innovative ‘ProAct’ framework. This solution is a data-driven, human-centric model that strategically combines Predictive Analytics and Human-Centric Action. The data-driven solution showcased a predictive AI model with a high-performance metric of 94.20% accuracy.

The Futuristic HR CODE Conclave 2025 was a prestigious one-day event held at IIT Madras, on September 30, 2025. The conclave brought together 100+ HR leaders, CHROs, academicians, and industry innovators to discuss the evolving landscape of Human Resource Management and the future of work. The conclave provided an incredible opportunity for students to interact directly with HR professionals and gain firsthand exposure to strategic HR leadership practices and future-ready skills.  The discussions emphasized how technology, inclusivity, and cultural intelligence are redefining the HR function in the modern workplace.
